    Nobody answers the phone. Watching from my window for package - Carrier to lazy to get out of truck to deliver package and just puts a "we missed you" card in box.

    *****UPDATE***** Called back and spoke with "Doug" the postmaster directly. He was courteous and apologetic and expressed a sincere desire to correct both his staff and the issue. He has gone above my expectations and has even made a follow up call a week later to ensure I have received several parcels which have come in since this original issue... I am pleased with Doug's efforts and will continue to work with him directly! I am not one to normally write a negative review, I too am a business owner and would like the benefit of the doubt and the opportunity to right any errors for my customers, however I must say the customer service at this post office is ridiculous! Over the course of the last 3 1/2 months they have "lost" 4 of my packages... I come to find out later, after being told on different occasions they were never received, that they have been sent back to the shipper. I have made online purchases now they have "lost" another package. A friend introduced me to USPS online so i can receive tracking via text to follow my packages...once again I got a notice saying package delivered on mon 3-3-17 and I rushed up to my post office box excited to receive my online order only to find it not there! It was a momentous day as my husband received a very very important document so I remember clearly as does my husband what was in our P.O. Box! I also had looked for a key for the larger parcel boxes but there was none. I called yesterday after sending my son up to the post office as they told him the pkg had come in but they could not release it to him because he did not have my I.D. which I understood so he returned home and I called to verify the package was in fact there before I sent him up to collect it again. I was told they could not find the parcel, they saw it reflecting delivered but could not find it and I adamantly explained that I had not received it the day before! I was told I would receive a call when they found it. I called again on Wed 3-15-17 figuring they must have had it by now and spoke with "jessica" who was pleasant at first until I insisted that I had not in fact received my parcel but she insisted that someone else there did in fact remember physically putting in my p.o. box (again I HAVE NOT received my parcel) my son called through and I switched quickly to speak with him and when I switched back the call was lost. I called back and stated I had been disconnected it was my error when I switched between calls, "Mike" answered ( I have had terrible service with this man before over a similar situation with another package!) I requested to speak with "Jessica" again and was told " No your talking to me now" he proceeded to tell me that he himself put the package in my p.o box and the postmaster stood behind him and checked it. I explained that I did not appreciate being called a liar and I asked if the important document my husband received could have been the USPS notice I received instead of my anticipated package and he asked if it had any tracking info on it...I said No so he said that would not be it then. I got more firm as this guy I felt has bullied me before implying I must not know what I was talking about and he proceeded to tell me if i would calm down he would explain...so once again he restated the parcel was physically put in my P.O Box so I asked again then WHERE is my package...if I do not have it and I was the person who physically checked my P.O Box and THEY don't know where it is ...WHERE is the pkg...he told me then that I would have to call back at 4:30 to speak to the post master... who by the way I have had to speak to on previous occasions due to lost packages and he apologized previously that the guy they had working there around nov/dec time frame had messed up a lot of packages!!! I am not a LIAR i despise Liar and I also despise poor customer service!!! I am hoping that the post master "Doug" will correct this issue and get out whatever people do not either want to do their jobs or provide considerate customer service!
